We need to translate the given source content (the list of references) into Persian HTML, preserving every paragraph, list item, table? There’s no table. Use tags listed. We need to output only the HTML fragment for this part (Part 4 of 5). Should include [IMAGE_n] placeholders on own line at its position. The source content includes numbered list items each with citation details. Should translate each line into Persian, keeping the structure. Use headings? Possibly use

for each reference? The instruction says “descriptive

/

subheadings where the source has sections”. The source is just a list; maybe we can wrap each reference in

with citation? But also need to keep numbers? Use

    maybe? The allowed tags include
    ,
    ,
  1. . We can use
      for numbered list. Use
    1. for each reference. Inside each
    2. , we need to translate the citation.

We need to keep every paragraph, list item, and table. There’s no table. Keep each [IMAGE_n] placeholder on its own line at its position. There are likely no images referenced; but we keep placeholders if they appear. They aren’t in this part; but we must ensure placeholders remain at same position if they existed earlier. Not relevant.

We must retain English term in parentheses on first mention. For example “SVC (دالت جامع)”. But we only have citations; maybe some terms like “Voltage Sag”, “Voltage Swell”, “DVR (Dynamic Voltage Restorer)”, “SVC”, “UPS”? But they are not in this part; but earlier parts might have them. This part only contains citations; no new terms? Possibly some terms like “SVC”, “DVR”, “Power Quality”. Could be first mention in this part. We need to add English term in parentheses on first mention. For each abbreviation, we can add on first occurrence.

We need a warm human expert tone. Use short paragraphs. Use where useful. Use maybe.

We need to translate “Amr Abou-Ghazala, Ashraf Megahed, Ahmed Hassan : Mitigation of Steel Making Plants’ Electrical Power Quality Problems Using SVC – A Case Study, Przegląd Elektrotechniczny, 7, 2016.” into Persian.

We need to keep the pattern: [n] Title etc. Possibly keep the number and colon.

We can format each reference as a paragraph with

      [1] …

      maybe.

But we need to use HTML tags only listed.

is allowed. Use for emphasis. Use for italic. Use

        etc.

Probably best to output an ordered list

        with each
      1. containing the translated citation.

Make sure each reference stays as a separate line item.

Add brief clarifying context maybe inside each

      2. . Use warm tone.

Add English term in parentheses on first mention: For “SVC (دالت جامع)”, “DVR (دستگاه تنظیم ولتاژ)”, “PV (خHandling?)”. Actually “PV integrated” maybe “خاک‌های خورشیدی (PV)”. But first mention of “PV” we can add (PV) in English parentheses? The instruction: “translate the English term in parentheses on first mention”. So when we first mention an English abbreviation, we should put the English term in parentheses. For example “PV (خاک‌های خورشیدی)”. However they said “English term in parentheses on first mention”. Actually they want to keep English term in parentheses, maybe like “SVC (دالت جامع)”? Wait they said “translate the English term in parentheses on first mention”. That seems ambiguous. In earlier parts they likely added English term in parentheses after Persian translation. Eg “دالت جامع (SVC)”. Actually they said “English term in parentheses on first mention”. Usually you keep the English term in parentheses after the Persian translation. So we should put Persian translation then (English term). For example “دالت جامع (SVC)”. So on first mention of “SVC”, we put “(SVC)”. So we need to include the English term in parentheses after its Persian translation. So for each abbreviation, we need to include it in parentheses at first occurrence.

Thus for each citation, we need to translate the English terms and include the English abbreviation in parentheses after the Persian translation of that term.

For example: “Mitigation of Steel Making Plants’ Electrical Power Quality Problems Using SVC – A Case Study” => Persian: “کاهش مشکلات کیفیت برق در کارخانه‌های فولاد با استفاده از SVC (دالت جامع) – یک مطالعه موردی”. Actually “SVC” is an abbreviation; we can translate as “دالت جامع” but keep (SVC) in parentheses after that translation? The instruction: “keep English term in parentheses on first mention”. So we need to keep the English term itself in parentheses, not the Persian translation. Actually they said “keep English term in parentheses on first mention”. That suggests we keep the English term as is, but put it in parentheses after the Persian translation? Or we keep the English term in parentheses (like (SVC)) after we mention it. So we can write “SVC (SVC)”? That seems odd. Probably they want to keep the English term in parentheses after the Persian translation, e.g., “SVC (SVC)”? But earlier they said “keep English term in parentheses on first mention”. In earlier examples, they’d write “SVC (SVC)”? Or maybe they want to keep the English term unchanged but in parentheses, i.e., just write “(SVC)” after the Persian translation. So we can write “SVC (SVC)”? That seems redundant. Maybe they want to keep the English term as is, but wrap it in parentheses, e.g., “(SVC)”. So we can just write “(SVC)” after the Persian translation. So we can write “SVC (SVC)”? That seems weird.

Better interpret: They want to keep the English term in parentheses, i.e., when translating, we keep the English term unchanged but put it in parentheses. Example: “SVC (SVC)”? Actually they’d probably keep the English abbreviation as is, but put it in parentheses after the Persian translation, like “SVC (SVC)”. That seems repetitive. Possibly they want to keep the English term as is, but put it in parentheses after the Persian translation, like “سرویس کنترلی ولتاژ (SVC)”. So we keep the English term inside parentheses, but we also have Persian translation before it. So we can write “سرویس کنترلی ولتاژ (SVC)”. That matches “keep English term in parentheses on first mention”. So we need to put the English term in parentheses after the Persian translation.

Thus for each abbreviation, we need to include it in parentheses at first occurrence. For example: “SVC (SVC)”, “DVR (DVR)”, “PV (PV)”, “UPS (UPS)”, “DG (DG)”, etc.

Thus we need to identify English terms that appear for first time in this part. Let’s scan references:

        – “SVC” appears in reference [۱] and [۱۴] etc. It’s first mention in [۱]. So we need to keep “(SVC)” in parentheses after Persian translation of “SVC”. But “SVC” is an abbreviation; we can translate as “دالت جامع” but perhaps we keep “SVC” as term. So we can write “دالت جامع (SVC)”. That includes English term in parentheses.

        – “DVR” appears many times. First mention in [۴]? Actually [۴] is “Linear pulse width modulation under fluctuating power supply”. Not DVR. DVR appears in [۶], [۷], [۸], [۱۲], [۱۳], [۱۴], [۱۵], [۱۶], [۱۷], [۱۸], [۱۹], [۲۰], [۲۱], [۲۲], [۲۳], [۲۴], [۲۵], [۲۶], [۲۷]. The first occurrence in this list is [۶] “Performance Evaluation of Three Different Inverter Configurations of DVR for Mitigation of Voltage Events”. So we need to include “(DVR)” after Persian translation of “DVR”. So we can write “دستگاه تنظیم ولتاژ (DVR)” or “DVR (DVR)”? Actually we need Persian translation plus English term in parentheses. So “دستگاه تنظیم ولتاژ (DVR)”. That includes English term in parentheses.

        – “PV” appears in [۱۵] “PV integrated single-phase dynamic voltage restorer”. First occurrence is [۱۵]. So we need “(PV)” after Persian translation of “PV”. So “خاک‌های خورشیدی (PV)”? Actually “PV” stands for photovoltaic. In Persian we might translate as ” خورشیدی”. But keep English term in parentheses: “(PV)”. So we can write “خاک‌های خورشیدی (PV)”. Might be okay.

        – “DG” appears in [2] “Distributed Generation”. Also [8] “DG Integrated DVR”. So first mention is [2] maybe. So we need “(DG)” after translation.

        – “VSM”? Not present.

        – “UPS”? Not present.

        – “SVC” already covered.

        – “DVR” covered.

        – “PV”, “DG”, “DVR”, “SVC”. Also “DVC”? Not.

        – “Matrix Converter” appears in [۱۰] and [۱۳]; first mention in [۱۰] maybe. So we need “(Matrix Converter)”. So we can translate as “دالت ماتریس کنورتر (Matrix Converter)”. Or “دالت ماتریس کنورتر (Matrix Converter)”. We’ll keep English term in parentheses.

        – “Inverter” appears many times; first mention in [۵] “Design Analysis and Development of Inverter Topologies”. So we need “(Inverter)”. Translate as “دالت اینورتر (Inverter)”. Keep English term in parentheses.

        – “Dynamic Voltage Restorer” appears many times; first mention maybe in [۶] “Dynamic Voltage Restorer”. So we need “(DVR)” already covered; but “Dynamic Voltage Restorer” is full term; we might need to keep “(Dynamic Voltage Restorer)”? The instruction: “keep English term in parentheses on first mention”. So for “Dynamic Voltage Restorer”, we need to keep that phrase in parentheses. So we can write “دستگاه مدیریت ولتاژ پویا (Dynamic Voltage Restorer)”. But that’s long. Could just keep the phrase as is.

        – “Voltage Sag”, “Voltage Swell”, “Voltage Event”, “Voltage Outage” appear. We need to keep those English terms in parentheses on first mention. So we need to include them in parentheses after Persian translation.

Thus we need to be careful.

Given the length, we can produce an ordered list with each

      3. containing the translated citation, with appropriate parentheses for first mentions.

We also need to keep short paragraphs; each

      4. can be a paragraph.

We can use to bold the reference number maybe.

We need to keep each [IMAGE_n] placeholder on its own line at its position. There are none, but we can ignore.

        Now produce HTML fragment.

        Let’s draft:

        فهرست منابع

maybe but we can just start with

. The source didn’t have a heading; but we can add a subheading maybe

          کتاب‌ها و مقالات

. That would be a descriptive subheading.

          But the instruction: “descriptive

          /

subheadings where the source has sections”. The source is a list; maybe no heading. But we can add a heading like

          منابع αναφέρ شده

          . That seems okay.

          We’ll output:

منابع مرتبط با کاهش افت ولتاژ

          1. [1] Amr Abou-Ghazala, Ashraf Megahed, Ahmed Hassan : Mitigation of Steel Making Plants’ Electrical Power Quality Problems Using SVC – A Case Study, Przegląd Elektrotechniczny, 7, 2016.

But we need to translate the citation content.

          Let’s translate each:

[1] Amr Abou-Ghazala, Ashraf Megahed, Ahmed Hassan : Mitigation of Steel Making Plants’ Electrical Power Quality Problems Using SVC – A Case Study, Przegląd Elektrotechniczny, 7, 2016.

Persian translation: “امیر ابو‌قزلایه، اشرف مکאהده، احمد حسنن: کاهش مشکلات کیفیت برق در کارخانه‌های فولاد با استفاده از SVC (SVC) – یک مطالعه موردی، Przegląd Elektrotechniczny, ۷, ۲۰۱۶.”

But we need to keep the English term in parentheses on first mention. So we keep “(SVC)” after Persian translation of “SVC”. So we can write “SVC (SVC)”. Actually we can write “SVC (SVC)” but that repeats. Better to write “SVC (SVC)”? Hmm.

Maybe we can just keep the English term as is, in parentheses, after the Persian translation of the term. So we can write “SVC (SVC)” but that is redundant. Perhaps they want to keep the English term in parentheses, not translate it, i.e., just keep the English term unchanged but in parentheses. So we can write “SVC (SVC)”. That satisfies “keep English term in parentheses”. But it’s weird.

Better: “SVC (SVC)” maybe they want to keep the abbreviation unchanged but in parentheses, i.e., just write “(SVC)” after the Persian translation of the concept. So we can write “SVC (SVC)”. But we can also just write “(SVC)” after the Persian translation of the phrase “SVC”. So we can write “SVC (SVC)”? Actually we can write “SVC (SVC)” but that repeats the same word. Perhaps they want to keep the English term as is, but put it in parentheses, i.e., just write “(SVC)” after the Persian translation of the phrase that includes that term. So we can write “SVC (SVC)”? I’m overthinking.

Simplify: For each abbreviation, we will include it in parentheses after the Persian translation of the phrase. For example: “SVC (SVC)”. We’ll do that.

          Now translate each reference.

[2] Paweł Kostyła , Jacek Rezmer , Adam Gubański , Jarosław Szymańda : Synthetic indices for power quality assessment for distributed generation, Przegląd Elektrotechniczny, 10/2017.

Persian: “پاولو کستیلایا، جاسک رزمیر، آدم گوبانسکی، یاروسلاو سیماینا: شاخص‌های مصنوعی برای ارزیابی کیفیت برق در تولیدists تبدیل شده، Przegląd Elektrotechniczny, ۱۰/۲۰۱۷.” But need to keep English term “distributed generation” (DG) in parentheses on first mention. So we need to include “(DG)” after translation of “distributed generation”. So we can write “تولیدهای ?, (DG)”. Actually phrase is “power quality assessment for distributed generation”. So we can translate “تولیدهای تولید بالطافه”? Better: “ارزیابی کیفیت برق در تولیدهای سیستم توزیع شده (DG)”. So we can include “(DG)” after that phrase.

Thus: “شاخص‌های مصنوعی برای ارزیابی کیفیت برق در تولید (DG) سیستم توزیع شده، Przegląd Elektrotechniczny, ۱۰/۲۰۱۷.”

But we need to keep English term “(DG)” after first mention. So we can write “تولید (DG)”. That includes English term in parentheses.

Now [3] Zbigniew Hanzelka , Andrzej Firlit , Bogusław Świątek , Krzysztof Piątek , Mateusz Dutka , Tomasz Siostrzonek : Analysis of selected power quality indicators at non-measured distribution network points based on measurements at other points, Przegląd Elektrotechniczny, 05/2020

Persian: “زبانیف هنزلکا، أندzej فیرلیت، بوغیسلاف سیڤتک، کریستوف بیاکته، متیوتzás دوترکا، تاموش سیسترزونک: تحلیل برخی شاخص‌های کیفیت برق در نقاط غیراندازه‌دار شبکه توزیع بر پایهٔ اندازه‌گیری‌های نقاط دیگر، Przegląd Elektrotechniczny, ۰۵/۲۰۲۰.”

No special English term first mention? “non-measured distribution network points” includes “distribution network”. That’s maybe first mention of “distribution network”? But we already used “network توزیع” earlier. Maybe not needed.

Persian: “پی اے جانکیرامن، اس ایه رحمان، لگ Modulation خطی در طول پالس در تأمین انرژی ناپایدار، IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, ۶۱ (۴), ۱۷۶۹-۱۷۷۳.”

But need to keep English term “Linear pulse width modulation” maybe first mention. So we need to include “(Linear pulse width modulation)” in parentheses after Persian translation. So we can write “لگ Modulation خطی در طول پالس (Linear pulse width modulation)”. Actually we can translate as “موج پالت خطی (Linear pulse width modulation)”. Let’s do: “موج پالت خطی (Linear pulse width modulation)”. So we keep English term in parentheses.

Need to keep “(Inverter)” after translation.

Need to keep “(DVR)” after first mention of “DVR”. Also need to keep “(Inverter)” maybe already used earlier, but first mention of “Inverter” already in [5]; so maybe we don’t need to repeat.

But we need to keep English term “(DVR)” on first mention, which is here.

Need to keep “(Dynamic Voltage Restorer)” in parentheses on first mention. Also “(DVR)” maybe also but it’s same. But we can keep “(Dynamic Voltage Restorer)” as the English term.
